Running the WP8 emulator inside a virtual machine on Mac OSX

Since I do all my mobile development on a Macbook (iOS needs it, remember?), I want to run the Windows Phone 8 emulator inside my VMware Fusion virtual Windows 8 machine.

When I tried to run it, I just got errors saying there is not HyperV support. I couldn't figure out a solution to this, so I had to use another machine to do my Phone 8 development.
Which is quite cumbersome.

Last week I attended a great Microsoft Train the trainer event on Windows Phone 8.

One of the Nokia guys over there pointed me to a solution to this problem.
I'm a happy programmer again :-)
